This profile (ERP) is used for your business in the event of an emergency.  The ERP, Emergency Ready Profile, contains important details about your business including employee and emergency contacts, utility contacts, shut off locations, insurance contacts, property overview and building access information.  These details can be reviewed at a moment’s notice and conveniently in your mobile device using the SERVPRO Ready Plan mobile app.  By having this information at your fingertips during an emergency and already having a plan in place, you will reduce the damages to your property and therefore significantly reduce business interruption.  Anticipating an emergency is important for getting timely mitigation services, which is why we are happy to offer the ERP to any business for free.
