Water Damage Causes a Dover Ceiling to Collapses
If a water leak starts when no one is home to shut it off, the damage can get extensive. This homeowner returned home to find a sink on the second floor was clogged and the faucet had a slow drip. The water overflowed from the sink and traveled through the bathroom floor into the dining room ceiling, causing the ceiling to collapse.
This project required SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle to remove damaged building materials and begin the cleanup process. We also deployed drying equipment and provided the necessary construction to return the family’s home to preloss condition. If you find yourself in need of disaster restoration services of any kind, call SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle at (302) 392-6000
